Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. Families are so varied but have many commonalities: hope, stress, fear, dreams, etc. My specialty is improving the interpersonal dynamics that help individuals thrive and families become strong. I am a native of Charlotte and have returned after many years of traveling with my husband in the Air Force. Experiencing different cultures has influenced me along with my training and education. I have helped many families through their struggles using various methods. I use different models such as Cognitive Behavioral, Behavior Modification and Attachment Methods. I have advanced training in Theraplay through the Theraplay Institute in Chicago. I am trained in Parent -Child Interactive Therapy and am Triple P certified (Positive Parenting Program). Whether it is individual, couples or family work I strive to help you achieve your goals.
