Whether you are an individual, a couple, or a family that is seeking therapy or counseling, each of you has the power to effect change within yourself and your relationships. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that it is within your successful and supportive relationships that you can continue to discover your positive Self, meet your potential for personal fulfillment and development, fulfill your need for belonging, and experience emotional stability and happiness. Working together we can bring this about by discovering your strengths, valuing your resilience, identifying your goals, solving any problem areas, and together striving to bring about positive change and growth. Be assured of my commitment to holding your welfare as my primary concern and consistently giving professional, competent, and ethical treatment.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am a psychotherapist and healing arts practitioner trained to assess, diagnose and provide treatment and counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Along with my education, experience and maturity, my primary concern is to create an environment that offers you comfort, understanding, compassion, and safety. My personal and professional mission as a therapist is to extend to you the gift of listening and true hearing, encourage the freedom to express yourself in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment, work with couples, families and individuals in a way that values the uniqueness of the individuals while fostering the health of the family, assist in the development of new interpersonal skills and behavior, teach how to treasure the uniqueness of diversity, join you in the sacred journey that surrounds personal growth, and honor the wholeness of each of you as human beings by integrating body, mind, and spirit.
