I work with adults, couples, families and children age 10 and above including adolescent girls. People often come to me feeling overwhelmed and helpless. I get satisfaction by helping them get back on track. Whether I'm working with someone experiencing depression, anxiety, personal transition, relationship challenges or family problems I know that through our sessions the potential for growth and healing is enormous!
When I work with kids and teens I teach them to make better choices and how to talk to their parents about tough subjects. Young girls today have a difficult challenge. I help them build a strong self-image including a positive body image. It can make all the difference.
I'm trained in Nonviolent Compassionate Communication and also in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). CISM is a crisis intervention service designed to address the aftermath of violent acts such as accidents, crimes and castatrophies.
