| Practice Description: |
Life can get complicated. You may be trying all that you know how to do to make things better for yourself or for someone you love but have run out of energy, ideas or both. You may have a relationship with someone you love but you just can't seem to get along. You may be a parent trying to best figure out how to help a child or teen who is having problems. You may feel burdened by sadness, fear or stress.Or, perhaps you have old wounds that seem to keep interfering with you creating the life you want.
All of our therapists have advanced training in anxiety reduction, recovery from depression, couples and family therapy, addictions treatment (including internet, pornography, gambling, etc.) trauma and stress recovery, to name a few. We have many years of experience in helping people heal from depression and anxiety, sexual dysfunction, affairs, and compulsive overeating as well.
We will be glad to spend some time with you by phone to make sure that we are a good fit. We won't just sit silently, but we will do everything we can to listen and help you heal and move forward, move on.
