In my practice I specialize in helping people with difficult life transitions. Are you having problems adjusting to the end of a relationship or the beginning of a partnership? Have you suffered a great loss and do not know how to put your life back together? Are you feeling stressed about starting college, graduate school, or a new job? I am here to help you cope with the changes, increase your self-knowledge, improve your functioning, and increase your life satisfaction.
I am very flexible in providing the type of treatment that is best suited to each individual client, whether that is cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, or relational therapy. I provide long-term psychodynamic treatment, short-term therapy, and single sessions for consultation and assistance in problem-solving on a particular issue.
