Don't you wish you could just get what you need from your partner? Wouldn't it be great if your kids learned good things about relationships from watching you? Maybe you've tried everything you know and things still aren't getting any better. Life is sometimes difficult. We all can face situations that cause emotional stress - relationship problems, death, divorce, difficult kids. Sometimes we're not even sure exactly what's wrong, we just know we're miserable! You don't have to feel this bad any longer, and you don't have to go it alone.
I want to help you find out what's at the heart of your struggle and together, we can start to fix it. The individuals and couples I work with find ways to make their relationships better. We work together to create the lives they want.
As a wife, mother and counselor, I know how hard it can be to talk through problems, especially for men. I'm particularly effective working with my male clients' issues and sensibilities, individually or with a partner. My clients tell me they feel understood and wisely guided.
