I specialize in alcohol and substance abuse, anxiety, bipolar disorder, impulsiveness, sleep issues, and behavioral modification. Please feel free to contact me by phone, e-mail, or text message.
My approach is non-confrontational and self-empowering, with goals tailored to your needs. I use an integrative treatment approach, based on cognitive-behavioral and positive-psychology therapies. You can also include Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, or consultation about your psychotropic medications. My addiction treatment methods include either a moderation-management or an abstinence-based approach, depending on individual preferences.
