I am a licensced psychotherapist in private practice. I am certified in addictions and forensics. My approach to therapy is a cognitive one (It's all in the way we think) with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Every patient is viewed as a unique individual. My practice is a general practice addressing a variety of issues and disorders including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief. I provide individual, family, couple/marital therapy. I am quite directive and take an active role in each patient’s therapeutic journey.
