I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Private Practice in the Tysons Corner area. I specialize in Couple's Therapy as well as interpersonal challenges. These may include Depression, Mood Disorders and circumstantial challenges. Together we will work and identify your strengths to enhance this process. Treatment modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy including Mindfulness to regulate emotions. I promote Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a means to change destructive patterns and develop healthy coping skills. I recently began working with individuals who have been laid off or demoted resulting from company reorganizations. I work in a confidential, empathetic style to support you during difficult times.
