Thank you for your interest in my services.
If you are considering therapy, there's a good chance it's because you are struggling with one or more of the significant relationships in your life. I help my clients to communicate better, increase connection, decrease depression and anxiety, and have connections that feel good.
As social beings, how we feel with other people is very important, sometimes more important than how we feel about ourselves. We all want to feel connected to people we care about. We live healthier lives when we have strong connections. I have 18 years of experience in successfully helping my clients to improve the quality of their relationships and their lives.
Have your relationships been more often a source of pain than a source of joy? You may be feeling emotions such as depression, anger, hopelessness, fear, anxiety, desperation, frustration. You may be wondering "Can anything really help me to feel better, to have the kind of life I hope for?" Do you see others who have happy relationships, and think "I don't see myself as ever having that."
Whether the problems are with partners or spouses, parents or children, friends or co-workers, quality therapy can help you to develop the skills to choose, understand and manage and experience healthy relationships.
My special interest is in helping people to feel better about and within their relationships, whether they choose to do that work on their own or with their significant other. Together we will look at what is working in your life, as well as what you want to change. I have many tools to offer you that can help you to meet the goals we will set together.

$150 per 50 minute session. |
| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I provide a detailed statement of all sessions at the end of each month. The statement can be submitted to your insurance company with a request for reimbursement of fees paid to me if your plan covers an out of network provider. I will assist you in your request for reimbursement whenever needed.
