I am a licensed mental health counselor, practicing for 24 years. I am as motivated and involved in my work as I was in the beginning of my career. The magic between client and therapist continues to intrigue me. Together, in this safe and confidential environment, we uncover the blocks in order to make healthy choices. My goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge that will help you create healthy relationships, success in life, and most of all happiness.
I use an eclectic approach, hearing my client's needs then using my skills to create an atmosphere leading towards satisfaction.
Along with psychotherapy I am also a life coach, giving direction and guidance in career and interpersonal goals.
Throughout my career I have and still do educate and work on my own self- growth. I practice what I preach. I always use a creative approach in helpng my clients. Being a painter, I use this ability to open my clients eyes to greater opportunities.
Along with my creativity my sense of humor is of utmost importance in my work. Laughter is a great healer. We all need to laugh more, lighten our load and take advantage of life's gifts.
