I love the work I do. I get to watch people's lives change from confusion, resentments, and often hopelessness, to clarity, peace of mind, and often true intimacy. When we fully understand our behaviors and emotions (and sometimes others' behaviors and emotions) we have more control over our lives, thereby creating a solid foundation from which to create the life of our dreams.
I have two private practice locations where I work with with individuals, couples, and groups. Several times a year I work in Nashville at Onsite Workshops where I facilitate week long in depth self-care groups. I am also on the clinical staff at The Dunes East Hampton addiction treatment recovery center.
