I believe that human suffering is an inherent part of life. When life challenges are greater than the support that we have personal problems erupt. I am committed to helping people overcome life challenges and achieve greater life satisfaction. My hope is to help clients build personal strengths, gain insight into negative patterns of behavior, increase self knowledge and decrease suffering. I provide a warm, supportive environment for individual adults, adolescents, and couples. I tailor my techniques to the needs of my clients.
