I help clients set goals based on their strengths, while helping them manage their feelings in a way that makes them feel successful. I work with victims of abuse, trauma, and those dealing with stressors or transitions in their lives. I have at least 20 years experience counseling families, groups, and individuals I accept all major private insurance. My office is close to downtown, convenient with free parking
I am licensed in KY as a Marriage and Family therapist, but work with all those in coupled relationships. I have specializations in EMDR treatment for trauma victims. I am also working toward a certification in NLP and Hypnosis
