| Practice Description: |
My practice is dedicated to partnering with clients to re-assess their lives and priorities, inventory their skills and create a safe environment for individuals to expand their current vision and achieve their greatest potential. Together we look at the relationships and interpersonal interactions with others in an effort to maximize the positive connection to those that each client feels is important in their life.
People enter therapy for a number of reasons, sometimes they are in crisis, grieving, dealing with life transition or just looking for personal growth. Through counseling and coaching I offer each individual, couples and families a safe space and structure to explore issues that may be unresolved, in turn creating some level of discomfort. My practice is geared toward individuals, couples and families who are ready to make a commitment to themselves and the process of personal growth. I have expertise in a number of areas including; life transition, divorce, foster care and adoption, relationship issues, grief and loss, child, adolescent and family therapy, physical disability and medical issues. Regardless of the issue at hand or the complexity that it presents, I most enjoy creating a meaningful and trusting relationship with my clients that allows them to be open and honest with themselves without fear of judgement or outside influence.
Taking the steps necessary to get yourself out of the situation that you are in can be a daunting task! We many times get excited about the idea of personal growth or change, then we convince ourselves that things "aren't really that bad". Life doesn't have to be "bad" for you to seek out a new path for yourself. Discover a new you! A you that enjoys life and feels like problem solving is easier than ever! A calm and self assured core will allow you to achieve more success in all that you set out to do!
