Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's problems? Do you worry too much, or are you having trouble sleeping? Do you feel "stuck" in your memory of a past trauma or loss? Or do you simply need help finding a good solution...whether it is to a parenting problem, dealing with the loss of a loved one, quitting smoking, or managing one of life's other many challenges.
I provide a safe environment to work on whatever it is that is troubling you. No problem is too "big" or too "small." Everyone is welcome. Feel free to call or email me if you would like to set up an appointment, or simply ask a question.
I believe that each person is an "expert" in their own lives. You direct the sessions, and control the treatment goals.
I have had 10 years of experience providing psychological services to children and adults, in school, clinic, and private practice settings. I have extensive experience treating a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and providing counseling to help cope with serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia.
In addition, I enjoy providing learning evaluations (such as gifted evaluations or learning disability evaluations). I offer testing at reasonable prices, and will provide you with a useful report of the testing results, with specific recommendations.

Therapy/counseling: standard fee of $90.00 per 50-minute session.
Testing: $100 per hour (number of hours needed for testing will vary depending on the question we're trying to answer)

Since I believe so strongly in the good that can come from psychological services, I am committed to making these services affordable! I offer a reduced fee under certain circumstances. I will discuss this with you individually in our first session. |

Regency East Office Park is a small complex located on Atlantic Blvd. near the Regency area. It is a group of 4 single-story buildings, with green roofs.
From downtown:
Head east on Atlantic Blvd. Travel past the Regency Mall area, and past the Monument Road intersection. The next light after Monument is Anniston. Approx. 0.1 mile past Anniston, turn left into Regency East Office Park (there is a Raceway gas station across the street).
From 9-A:
Exit onto Atlantic Blvd. heading West (towards downtown, away from the beaches). You will pass through 3 traffic lights. After going through the intersection with Leon Rd, turn Right into Regency East Office Park (0.8 miles from 9-A).
My Office:
Head towards the leasing office. Enter through the door with the awning (as though you're going to the leasing office). Turn right down the hallway and you'll find suite 205 at the end of the hall.
