I aim to work with immediate concerns, as well as long-term personal growth. Together we will explore your inner strengths and discover how your belief system shapes your identity, relationships, and behavior. By transforming self-defeating patterns and thoughts, you will experience new ways of relating to your self and others and awaken possibilities within yourself.
I see primarily adolescents, adults, and couples and I use a variety of modalities to meet individuals' needs. My areas of specialty include overcoming problem behaviors, managing anxiety and depression, developing satisfying relationships, and finding meaning and purpose. I also have a wide-range of experience in spiritual matters.
