I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to find someone that you can trust to help you move toward a more joyful life. So I am committed to helping you find the help you are looking for, whether that comes through me or another counselor or resource.
For the past 11 years, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals and couples from different socio-economic, ethnic, intellectual, and religious backgrounds with goals ranging from learning basic life skills all the way to advanced existential and spiritual questions. If my experience matches your concerns and goals, I will do all that I can to provide you with consistent support and respectful, informed counsel to help you on your way.
In our work together, I will start by gaining a clear understanding of where you are coming from and where you would like to go. Together we will plan an approach to attaining your goals that works for your personality, your values, and your circumstances. We will work as quickly or as slowly as you would like to go.
