In 25 years of practice as a psychologist, I've helped couples and individuals heal from life's blows, childhood issues, and find healthy friendships and love relationships.
I will help you identify the issues quickly and together we will find solutions and motivation to change.
I also work with kids and families to open communication. Other areas of expertise include eating problems, anxiety and panic, and depression.
I have successfully helped clients with anxiety, depression, relationship or eating issues. I work with Overeaters and eating disorders to overcome compulsive eating. I work actively with couples in a result-oriented approach to create a loving relationship. Together we can help you overcome your blocks to change.
EMDR used in combination with talk therapy provides a vehicle for rapid processing of "stuck" negative beliefs, and helps clients move forward with healing.
