| Practice Description: |
With over 28 years of experience what I offer is an accepting, loving environment to explore the interior terrain of ourselves. I have an eclectic approach, having been trained in a variety of modalities. I work with individuals, couples and families.
I believe that what often limits us is what we are not aware of. Becoming aware of our unconscious material gives us the opportunity to make conscious choices which allows us to feel more free and powerful.
Learning how to communicate effectively is a crucial part of the work. When we learn how to focus on ourselves and stop blaming we become more effective in our relationships and our lives.
I have a spiritual focus that is inclusive of all practices.
