I help my clients navigate life's ups and downs, relationship or work concerns, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, fears and more. My intention is to provide you with relief as soon as possible, and the tools you'll need to get you closer to your goals.
As a Certified Couples Specialist, I provide couples with the tools and knowledge they need to resolve a wide variety of issues, ranging from basic communication skills to re-building trust after an affair. I believe you can not only regain what you lost in your relationship, but perhaps have a closer, deeper, more meaningful relationship than you had before.
I am also a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist, and am experienced at treating the addict or the partner, or the family unit; working as a part of a treatment team to bring healing to you and your family.

I provide weekly group therapy and support groups for Codependency, Men's Sexual Addiction Group, Partners of Sex Addicts Group, Overcoming Depression, and more at various times throughout the year.
