I am deeply committed to my work in supporting and encouraging individuals in their process of healing from: depression, anxiety, trauma and stress, attention-deficits, impulsivity, addiction, mood swings, relationship conflicts, parent-child issues, divorce, adoption and attachment issues, physical and sexual abuse issues, grief and loss, and self-harming behavior in teens and young adults.
I have over twelve years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in mental health agencies and private practice settings. My style is warm, compassionate, engaging, solution-focused and direct. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Art & Play Therapy and Family Systems.
