I enjoy working with people in finding the path of their lives that they have somehow gotten away from. I see psychological symptoms as attempts to resolve problems of living and look to help clients find better ways to achieve their life goals. I work in a variety of ways from practical problem solving to depth work, including dream analysis. I seek to help people understand how the experiences in their lives have effected them and what changes they want to make that would enable them to live a more satisfying life.
I try to provide a safe, respectful and nonjudgemental environment to explore whatever issues a client needs to talk about. I find that humor helps keep things in perspective. I have an open and down to earth style.
