Are you worried about your teen's behavior? Do you find that you and your teen are fighting more than listening? Do you ever wonder what happened to your little boy/girl? Are you getting the feeling that your child's problems are more than just "normal teenage stuff?" Sometimes it is helpful for your teen to have a confidential and objective person to talk with. I help parents and teens connect again and improve their relationships, not just fix problems.
I provide a safe, and respectful atmosphere for teens to find solutions and move forward with their lives. I believe that a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and awareness of feelings can be helpful in providing you with the personal growth and change you are seeking.
