Sometimes there is a gap between where people are and where they want to be. If you feel stuck and unable to move on, if you desire change and don't know where to begin, if you want to overcome obstacles and to solve issues that hinder your growth, I CAN HELP YOU.
I believe in creative and conscious power that YOU, as an individual possess to make meaning of your own life. I believe that most people have the inner ability to solve their own problems. But, I also know that sometimes stress, past trauma, or simply lack of support or skills prevent you from doing that. I am sensitive to your unique needs, and may use variety of techniques to assist you in learning new skills and finding answers you are looking for.
These interventions are used only based on your strengths and capacity for change. I will teach you strategies to help you build the confidence and independence you need to resolve not only current issues that bring you to my office, but also the future obstacles that's part of normal day to day life.
I will help you with your personal, professional, social and educational, or career concerns that you may have. I will help you with decision-making and problem-solving, and will assist you to adjust to new changes in your life.
In addition to my personal and diverse life experience, I bring in 16 years experience in the field of psychology, research, and counseling to my practice. In my role as your therapist, I will guide and coach you to reach your potentials, and help you to find new directions for your life which lead to growth, recovery, and peace within.

$160 for 60 minute initial assessment
Individual therapy: $120 for 45 minute standard session
Couple and family therapy: $150 for 45 minute standard session
Discount for students, military familes, and those who are uninsured and unemployed. |
| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
A superbill will be provided for those who would like to use their insurance (refer to my website or call to discuss privacy when using insurance/3rd party provider).
You may submit the superbill to your provider for out of network reimbursement or use it for tax purpose as needed. |

From I-51 exit I-51 at East Shea Blvd., continue toward East until you arrive at 8426 E. Shea Blvd. on your left. (before you get to 101 Hwy)
From 101 Hwy, take the exit for Shea Blvd. and continue toward West for less than a mile, arrive 8426 E. Shea Blvd. is on your right side.
