Very often people say they are anxious or depressed and it could be something completely different. We also will talk about what has gotten in the way of what you really want in your life and what that life would look like for you. Then we break it down into what needs to happen to make it happen.
My next specialty is couples.I help couples who are fighting and wondering if this is the right relationship for them so that they can have better communication, know how to support each other and know how to fight fair. My clients know how to get what they want and need from each other, understand where their partner’s breaking point is and what to do about it and remember why they fell in love
