No matter how challenging life may be, I believe it is possible to move forward, to heal from a painful past, to navigate transitions, and to find healing and healthy relationships. I am here to support you in this process in a warm, empathic, respectful and collaborative way. I draw on my background in counseling psychology, business, music, meditation, and somatics as I work with clients from all walks of life.
My areas of specialization include work with children, couples, and individuals, as well as trauma release, health and career issues, relationship issues, spirituality, and self care.
I utilize an Object Relations approach with a Client-Centered perspective. Somatic Techniques and Dr. Richard Miller's iRest protocol (similar to Dr. Peter Levine's 'Somatic Experiencing') may be utilized for some clients. I have a background in yoga, meditation and nondual Vedanta philosophy which affirms the unity and the sacredness of all beings.
