| Practice Description: |
My goal is to help clients understand the origin of the problem that brings them to me and help them find solutions, learn new ways of adapting to the demands of life's changes, and develop their own styles for coping with past traumas or present challenges on their own. I see a client's problem from different perspectives. Individually, I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , an approach which teaches a person to trace their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings, and finds a better way to solve the problems that don't work in their lives. I also work with couples and families. Then, I consider each person in the context of the family or the relationship and examine forces that impact them, such as work, school or society.
El problema que lo trae a ver a un terapeuta determina cual es la mejor manera de tratarlo. Llameme y le explicare como encaro mi practica y que puedo hacer para ayudarle a resolver su problema.
