I am a traditional "talk" therapist with experience in a variety of settings. I believe that people can transform themselves and overcome their problems in a calm, non-judgmental atmosphere that allows them to share in a genuine conversation with someone who can help them evaluate and overcome their personal challenges. Making a change in your life can involve honesty and discomfort that can be, at least, difficult to manage in any other situation.
I understand that it can be uncomfortable to talk about intimate subjects, but I believe that I offer a real opportunity to help you make the discoveries and changes that you need to make to lead a full life.
