Are you getting worn out by worries and stressful situations? I am a psychologist provider with most major health insurance plans which reduces the financial burden of the therapy service.
I believe that you deserve a peaceful and joyful life. Dealing with uncomfortable worry and anxiety can disrupt your life and make every day a challenge. If you contact me I will give you my very best opinion about your situation. By taking that first step you are on the way toward finding a solution! From the first meeting, we look at issues clearly and consider helpful strategies. My style is warm, focused and interactive. I am in my clients' corner, joining with their desire to feel better in their everyday lives.
I help women of all ages successfully manage life's challenges, including relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, career changes, fertility issues, mood changes after childbirth, parenting, empty nesting and aging. Positive change can occur more quickly when women feel validated in their feelings and supported in their decisions.
I help adults, teens and children with anxiety disorders, panic attacks and social anxieties using effective cognitive-behavioral techniques. I offer relaxation techniques and training that can lessen uncomfortable feelings of anxiety and panic.
In addition to treatment of psychological symptoms that interfere with life, I am pleased to offer evaluations to new clients who have the following requests:
- Psychological assessment/clearance for Bariatric Surgery clearance.
- ADD Evaluations for adults and teens who think they may have symptoms of this disorder interfering with their life goals.
- Memory Assessment for adults who have concerns.

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am a participating provider with most major health insurance plans. Clients are responsible for any fees (co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance) under the terms of their plans. Insured clients typically have a co-payment, ranging from zero to an amount fixed by their insurance, and that is due at time of visit.
