In my 25 years of professional experience working with individuals and couples, I have come to believe deeply in the capacity of people to change. If we are feeling stuck in some ways, I don't think its because we want to be miserable or are in some way a "bad" person. We may simply lack the right kind of support to find our way out.
I specialize in working with men, women and couples facing relationship problems. I also specialize in working with men around anger issues, concerns around feeling stuck or incomplete, and dealing with various life changes or adjustments.
I would describe my style as highly relational and collaborative. I draw largely from depth psychology, as well as other well respected therapy methods and models.
