I help people to find new solutions to old problems. Do you have difficulty identifying, expressing and understanding your own feelings and those close to you? Is it time to build your personal confidence and self-esteem? The joys and sorrows of marriage, parenting and children can be understood in a way that encourages your growth. Therapy can help you understand your choices and motivations and present a new path to resolving problems. I treat a culturally diverse population of adults, adolescents and children facing all sorts of challenges: depression, self-esteem/self image, stress, anxiety, life changes/parenting issues, losses, trauma, anger, family problems, career issues, self-growth, health and relationship difficulties.
