I practice feeling focused therapy and EMDR which helps you deal with traumas, liberate the locked-in energy and thus heal yourself. It is a powerful and most natural approach to emotional wellness.

I also invite you to attend a weekend long Psychodrama workshop. Psychodrama creates an internal restructuring of dysfunctional beliefs and behavioral patterns, it challenges the participants to discover new answers to some situations and become more spontaneous and independent.
