I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with an additional certification in substance abuse counseling. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in residential, outpatient, school-based, and private practice settings. I have additional training in working with domestic violence issues.
My approach is to try to meet the client where they are and to collaborate to determine goals for therapy, and how best to accomplish these. I incorporate the concepts of mindfulness into my practice, and am a strong believer in the mind/body connection, so attention is given to increasing your health mentally, physically and emotionally.
My office is located in Campbell, CA. In an initial session reasons for seeking therapy, and expectations of both the client and the therapist will be discussed.
