| Practice Description: |
Whether you are struggling with depression, loneliness, relationship difficulties, or anxiety, or something less concrete such as a feeling that your life and relationships are not as satisfying or peaceful as you would like, psychotherapy can help. In your work with me you may come to deepen self-understanding, work through problematic patterns, and create more balance and fulfillment in your life and your relationships.
I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you in our work together, where you can embark on this process and create lasting change in your life and your relationships.
I work with individual adults, adolescents, and children, as well as couples. My style is engaging, thoughtful, and respectful. My psychoanalytic orientation focuses on uncovering the deeper layers of issues and recurring patterns in order to enable change to occur on a deep level.
