Sometimes problems arise that can feel overwhelming and confusing. Talking to a therapist can be beneficial to sort out issues and find a direction that feels comfortable and possible. I have been working in the field for over 15 years helping individuals harness their strengths and tackle their problems with respect for the relationship and process of therapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania, acknowledged as a qualified Clinical Social Worker by the National Association of Social Workers, and a Board Certified Diplomat awarded through the American Board of Social Worker Examiners.
I have experience working with both adult and children/adolescent populations dealing with a broad range of mental health and learning issues. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, couples/marriage counseling, and group therapy. In addition, I am a certified conflict mediator providing services to children and their families.
I am part of a group practice called Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services. We utilize an integrative, strength based treatment model to address each individual's set of unique issues. It is our firm belief that treatment must be flexible and tailored in order to achieve symptom relief and increased self understanding.
