I am a psychotherapist treating a broad range of issues and specializing in treating eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating/compulsive overeating, as well as co-occurring addictions, mood disorders, physical ailments; family, relationship, work and life challenges.
Through psychotherapy, I help clients gain insight while practicing healthier behaviors to participate in life, cope with feelings, build fulfilling relationships, and develop a sense of inner well-being, purpose, connection, and hope.
I treat adults, adolescents, families and couples; and am versed in applying psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy principles, as well as working with clients in 12 step programs.
