Learning is a life long experience. I am here to assist clients in learning new ways to adapt to the challenges in their lives. By exploring irrational thoughts and creating new, effective ways of viewing life a person can learn more effective ways to manage their life.
I have had over 5 years of experience in assisting individuals with anger issues, eating disorders, relationship issues, addictions and etc. The strategies that I use during the session are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Gestalt, and Solution Focused therapy. Previous clients have found these strategies to be extremely helpful to them.
