Grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a decline in health, or any other life transition can be a lonely, painful, and confusing time. Some days it feels like you are riding an emotional rollercoaster and your family and friends may think you should be "back to normal." I can help you to heal from your losses whether recent or in the past by providing therapeutic support in a safe environment.
I have worked in hospice for the past 11 years as a grief counselor with individuals, families, and groups. I have seen people not only heal from their losses but find new meaning and hope in their lives.
My own losses have given me an understanding of your journey that is both personal and professional. I look forward to helping you find the light in your life once again.
