My philosophy is that all of us can benefit from stopping to take time out with a trained, non-judgmental, caring, insightful, person who can guide us through the tough spots of our lives. If you haven't had a tough spot, maybe you are not really living fully. I use different avenues to assist you in seeing things in a different way. After all as Shakespeare said, "Nothing is either good or bad but thinking makes it so". I want to help you to move beyond the thinking that makes it "bad" to the transformed thinking of "wow, I have overcome!" My years in working in the field of addictions suits me to helping others change most negative self-defeating thought patterns and actions.
