I understand that everyone sometimes encounters obstacles in their lives that seem insurmountable. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that allows each client to reach his or her full potential. I will work with you to address your symptoms and help you to rediscover your inner strengths to deal more effectively with your life's challenges and to guide you in the development of new life skills. I believe that each person is unique and therefore deserves an individual approach to therapy.
Through a process of empathy and understanding, I strive to help my clients make changes in their lives that are consistent with who they are. I also use many evidence based treatment approaches in order to help my clients improve themselves, their relationships, and careers.
My services include both short and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples, as well as psychological evaluations.
