My goal as a therapist is to develop and deliver compassionate, responsive, and effective quality mental health services to all those who seek professional treatment or consultation. I seek to aid and assist individuals in developing strategies to cope more effectively with their life's challenges.
I draw from my variety of training and educational experiences and use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques in therapy. However, I also often use an eclectic approach to assist patients in overcoming the cognitive, emotional, and/or life challenges they may be facing.
I have over 17 years of training and experience in three states, in multiple treatment settings. This, coupled with the fact that I have worked with patients from very different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, makes my approach more tailored to each individual patient's needs.
Dr. Sanchez has extensive training and experience with relationship issues, anxiety, substance abuse, addictions, depression and anger management. He also has vast knowledge and skills in the treatment of ADHD, oppositional and defiant behaviors.
I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy in both English and Spanish.

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
Dr. Sanchez only works with plans as an out-of-network provider. Dr. Sanchez can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance carrier for self-reimbursement. You will need to call your insurance company to ask about your mental health "out-of-network" benefits to see what, if anything, is covered/reimbursed. |

We are currently forming group therapy sessions to run for four weeks beginning the week of August 13 and six week sessions beginning the week of September 13. Groups will be held one evening per week from 7pm-8pm. The groups will meet either on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings depending on the participants schedules. Once we get at least six people interested in attending a specific group we can begin the group. Group topics include: Substance Abuse Group; Couples, Divorce & Infidelity Group; Young Professionals Support Group; Overcoming Anxiety & Depression Group; Stress Management Group; or a General Group which will tailor the topic to the participants.
