My goal is to empower you to live a more deliberate life. If you're feeling "stuck" or believe that anxiety, fear, or painful trauma memories are dictating the choices that you make, then you've found the right place! I can help you ease your suffering by teaching you evidence-based psychological skills to separate from the painful memories or unhelpful thoughts that drive your fear.
I use mind/brain/body science principles that are evidence-based to alleviate your psychological distress and to help you to identify your most cherished values. My work incorporates therapeutic techniques from acceptance based approaches and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have several years of experience working with diverse client populations.
In addition to my independent practice, I provide clinical services to the Florida International University student body and training to future psychologists.
