During the first few sessions I will use the experience I have gained in over 20 years as a licensed psychologist to help you clarify the issues and problems currently confronting you. Together we will develop a treatment plan to move you toward your goals. My approach to treatment requires your active involvement in the treatment process. You will look at the ways in which your thinking and your beliefs contribute to the problems you are experiencing in order to make the changes that will improve your life.
