| Practice Description: |
I enjoy helping adults and their relationships to heal, thrive, and grow. My relational approach to counseling is based on my Christian and Psychodynamic understanding of how people heal and mature in the context of relationships that are trustworthy, empathetic, and clarifying.
My insight-oriented therapy is marriage friendly. To help adults in their quest for personal fulfillment and loving relationships I use a variety of skills that promote individual responsibility and collaborative communication. The work often involves understanding why problems exist, clarifying what change is desired, and assisting action in that direction. I believe people can change during any stage of life and I think of the therapeutic relationship as a meaningful process in which you and I work together to facilitate growth.
Please call to discuss if we might be a good fit for addressing your concerns.
