| Practice Description: |
Many of my clients are high achieving people who find themselves surprised to be struggling with a problem. By drawing upon my clients' strengths, I can assist them with making meaningful changes that can make a tremendous difference in their lives. My clients bring a wide range of concerns to my office. I often see people who are experiencing problems with addiction, Postpartum issues, "Baby Blues", depression, loss, grief, and stress. Other very common concerns include relationship problems and family dynamics.
My treatment approach is to provide solutions through support and helpful feedback to assist clients with confronting recent life challenges or exploring longstanding patterns that have left them feeling stuck. Blending a variety of therapeutic techniques, I tailor my approach to the individual client with the goal of helping them overcome their roadblocks to success and promoting their independence.
