I use the principles and methods of Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and/or Sandtray. For couples, I often teach Non-violent Communication skills; a precise and compassionate method to facilitate understanding, empathy, and getting one's needs met.
