I believe that satisfaction in life is best accomplished by understanding yourself. Suffering with anxieties and depression can inhibit your ability to fully live your life. I work with individuals, couples, and families at an unhurried pace. I will schedule as few or as many sessions as needed in order to meet your goals. I offer a safe, trusting and confidential environment to help clients achieve an improved quality of life.
