I enjoy working with adults and couples to help them develop understanding and perspective to deal more effectively with the issues, dilemmas and stressors of modern life including anxiety, depression, chemical dependency and the unresolved issues of grief and trauma.
My experience and expertise include the use a variety of modalities and tools which have helped my clients increase their awareness and coping skills in the areas of chemical dependency/recovery, codependency/recovery, stage of life and relational conflicts, issues of spirituality, and issues of sexuality.
My graduate training includes an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Additionally I am a longtime student in the Ridhwan School/Diamond Approach. I use meditation and mindfulness based practices and Somatic Psychotherapy, in conjunction with traditional Psychodynamic and Cognitive approaches.

My office is located in the Katella Corporate Center, at the corner of Katella Avenue and Noel Street in Los Alamitos CA 90720, one mile east of the 605 Fwy. From the 605 Fwy take the Katella exit toward Los Alamitos heading east. There is ample free parking at the site.
