I offer two Psychotherapy Groups that focus on building esteem and improving relationships with ourselves and others:
1. Men's Therapy Group, Mondays, 6:00-7:30 pm
2. Women's and Men's Therapy Group, Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm.
